FROZEN GOODS SHIPMENTS

All products are frozen and must be transported from our factory to your freezer within x hours.

DESPATCH TIMES

Overnight and the previous working day's orders are picked, packed and shipped by 10:00am each week day. There is no despatching on weekends or public holidays.

GOODS PICK-UP

Goods can be collected the next working day after order placement. Good can be collected at the address shown on the receipt between 9:30am and 2:30pm.

COURIER DELIVERIES

Your goods can be delivered via express courier if the delivery address is located in the delivery regions listed below. Someone must be available between 10:00am and 4:00pm on the day of delivery to receive the goods. If no one is available at the time the goods reaches the destination, the goods and payment thereof will be forfeited. 

DELIVERY FEES

A delivery fee is charged based on the weight of the shipment and is the nett price as charged by the courier service. The fee will be estimated at the the checkout, based on the ordered product total weight and your delivery location.
